It would be hard to predict what kind of questions would come in RM, they can ask us on anything including statistical tests/design a study/features of science etc.

The paper 1 research methods I remember doing when I was doing A levels included basic calculations, such as percentages, averages and simplying ratios, and implications of research into one of the topics on the economy
