Good manga recommendations pleaseee

So far I have only really watched animes so I thought it is time that I get into the source material ie. manga now. I don't know where to start but if it is possible can anyone recommend me any good manga that are:
dark
thriller
psychological
slice of life
aimed at mature audiences (I'm 19 year old)

you could try berserk that's pretty good quite dark tho or some of junji ito's stuff

also if you haven't watched tokyo ghoul id recommend the manga its a lot better
