is ucl worth is for international students (medicine)

I recently just got back an offer from UCL for medicine and was super happy about it because I like the course a lot. But when revising the tuition fees (+ accommodation and fees and others) with my parents, they had raised tuition fees from the previous year by a lot and if I want to study there I will probably have to take student loans.
So I wanted some advice from medical students that have graduated from UCL or are currently studying medicine at UCL if the tuition fees for UCL are worth its medicine course. Because at the end of the day, most doctors in England end up in the NHS. What advantages would I get by studying at UCL (apart from living in London) compared to other unis? Are there better career options/opportunities?
