Summer schools for year 11

Wondering if anyone knew places that were offering academic summer schools for 16 year olds/year 11s? I know sutton trust offers some but they're for year 12s. Thanks!

Hey there, glad you've asked:
Christ's College Cambridge are running a summer school programme specifically for Year 11s who live in areas with low rates of university progression.

Please note that your home postcode will need to satisfy the POLAR4 criteria of quintiles 1 or 2 otherwise your application won't be considered, and also make sure you have high GCSE predicted grades of 7-9 (8-9 if you are interested in medicine).

One last thing: you must also be attending a free state school and be intending to study academic qualifications at sixth form such as A-Levels or the IB.

This summer school is also entirely free of charge (unlike some of the other ones), so if you find your desired subject(s) in the list of available subject strands, don't delay and be sure to apply by the deadline which for this year is Friday 21st April 2023.
