Manchester undergrad -> Target postgrad or Nottingham undergrad?

Hi I've gotten an offer from Manchester for BSc Econ and I've been told Manchester is a prominent non-target so my plan would most likely to go to a target at postgrad. Another option I have is to try apply to Nottingham through UCAS Extra and risk rejecting all my offers. Is Manchester to a target postgrad better or worse than going to a semi-target undergrad like nottingham?

How much money would you have to pay for the prominent postgrad? Student loans won’t come close to covering the cost.

My parents would pay for both undergrad and postgrad i’m just wondering if either option gives me a significant advantage over the other.
