pls someone help how do u structure exam questions even the short ones idk how to structure them

Clarity (question need to be clear and easy to understand,use simple language and avoid using complex sentences or technical terms unless necessary)
Relevance (question should be relevant to the topic being tested and should align with the learning objectives)
Difficulty (level of difficulty of the question should be appropriate for the level of the course or exam)
Format (decide on the format of the question, whether it is a multiple-choice question, short answer, or essay question)
Marking Schemed (determine the marking scheme for the question and ensure that the marking scheme aligns with the learning objectives and the level of difficulty of the question)
Time (ensure that the question can be answered within the allocated time for the exam)
Sequence (consider the sequence of the questions and ensure that they flow logically and progressively)
