Be straightforward. Don't invent weird scenarios or excuses to see him, or to get him to see you.

If you are going to use an 'excuse', then stick to the cliches which everyone understands the meaning of... such as "Netflix". Netflix is pretty much code-word for "date", in most circles.

Literally just ask them out. If they say yes, great. If they say no, say no worries. If you fear they could say no, ask them out in a casual way beforehand.

Good Advice

Being straight-forward is great in this situation. A lot of men are scared to ask a girl out and if a girl is the one asking them out, it will put a big relief on their face. In this particular case, by simply asking a man out (in any sense) they will always admire that, even if they were to say no. This is regardless a win-win situation.
