What is the difference between Marketing w/Public Relations and Digital Communication

I'm applying for Birmingham City University and I see two different marketing courses. One is with Advertising and Public Relations, and the other is with Digital Communication. I have read both of the course outlines and summaries but there appears to be very little difference stated.

Im sure the actual course will obviously offer something differently, but I would like to ask will employers really care which degree I get as long as it is do with Marketing? Because I wouldn't want employers stating 'Nope sorry you didn't do anything related to digital communication' or another saying 'Nope your degree title doesn't state Public Relations etc'. As I've read the course outlines for both courses it appears they offer pretty much the near exact same modules, apart from a few.

Out of the two courses, which would you say is the better?
