I dropped out of uni and am considering starting a Nursing course, funding?

Hi there, just looking for advice!
I spent 4 years of SAAS doing a degree, with a repeat year, and left uni with an HNC. I have started a job with the NHS and hope to progress into a nursing degree.
I know nursing students get good bursaries however I don’t know if I’m eligible because of my past study.
In terms of funding for the course, which is about £1850 a year if memory serves - I doubt SAAS would pay for this but would the NHS? Or do I have to pay out of pocket for starting another degree? Are there different conditions because it’s a nursing degree?

Sorry for the barrage of questions, just trying to consider my options and whether I should start saving and living off soup for a bit!
