Just been having a little look at the spec, and I am confused by biological rhythms. I know that sleep/wake cycle is named and we have to know that, but I don't know what we need to know about ultradian / infraradian, other than the fact they are more than 24 hours and less than 24 hours. It seems so vague but I'm not sure what I need to learn.
