How to get full A01 marks in a 16 mark psychology essay?

I understand there are six marks for A01, but I am unsure how to achieve them. How many points, definitions, etc. do I need? If anyone could provide me with an example, that'd be much appreciated!

Ao1 is basically just knowledge, like how a research was conducted, or just definitions. As for how many, I think its just how many is relevant to whatever they ask you. And then you just gotta evaluate it by giving strengths/limitations. Maybe look at some example answers on questions to get a better understanding of it
