Hi, does crossing over in meiosis results in new band patterns in a child compare to the parents in DNA electrophoresis due to recombinate chromosome?

All the alleles come from the parents, they'e just swapped around, so no. The crossing over just creates genetic variation in gametes. Mutations would cause differences in DNA in electrophoresis.
