PhD in US after MSci in UK?

If a student does a 4 years integrated MSci from UK are they eligible to apply for a PhD program at a US University? Or would they expected to do an MS first?

Yes, an MSci is fine, past students of mine have ended up doing PhDs at Cornell, MIT, Stanford etc with a UK MSci degree. Most UK academics will understand how to describe that course and explain its value when writing a letter of reference.

For UK applicants applying for PhD's in America, is the GMAT or GRE required?

Quite possibly, I know students who took the GRE and did spend some time preparing for this. Best to check with universities you want to apply to directly.
