What do 'uncoloured' reputation gems mean?
I know that reputation gems indicate how much rep is given per upvote. But, what do the uncoloured ones mean, like shown here:

I don't see anything uncoloured there. I only see green. Dark green and light green 
Firstly, they're not uncoloured, they're just a lighter shade of green. And they don't mean anything, it's just an aesthetic choice TSR has taken to make the 6th gem and onwards light green.

Ah thanks, that makes sense. I didn't know if it meant the gems weren't "activated" or something!
