Hey guys, do you mind explaining 5 b)? Why is the frequency of the class for suppliers A and B, the modal frequency density multiplied by the class width? Thanks

Right, thanks. I think I got confused by the fact that it was the frequency density on the y-axis but I understand now.

I thought you were asking about why multiply by the "centre" value, but it is a density so frequency per mm, so multiply by mm to get frequency.
