Swollen lymph nodes

Hi there everyone I had a blocked nose for almost a week and was congested at the start of last month from like the 4th till the 9th and I noticed I had swollen lymph nodes on the left side of my neck about 3 of them and they still haven’t disappeared and they haven’t grown any bigger I’m just wondering if anyone has had swollen lymph nodes for this long just over a month now and is there any point in going to the doctors as they most likely won’t give me anything as I feel completely fine, and I’m just wondering if anyone has any remedies or anything to help the swelling go down I stopped touching them as I got told this can make them get bigger any help is appreciated thanks.
