What should my career progression look like?

I am based out of London, Big 4 in one of the large northern cities
service line restructuring
I start as an analyst. I am earning 30k at the start
In second, third year, how much will I earn?
Once I graduate off that, how much will I earn?

30k in a northern city is a fantastic salary to start of with. In London, within Deals, some Big 4 firms only start off on £31.5k.
Will you be completing a qualification (i.e. ACA or CFA)?
