To be honest maths would be pretty useful but if you had to pick between business and economics go for economics. Its generally seen as more of a "real subject" so is more respected.

Manchester states that the 3rd subject must be a "rigorous academic subject" - you need to email them and find out exactly what that means.

Btw, most other MPharm courses only ask for Chemistry and 'another science' - and therefore the 3rd subject could literally be anything. Examples :
Bath https://www.bath.ac.uk/courses/undergraduate-2024/pharmacy/mpharm-pharmacy/
Brighton - https://www.brighton.ac.uk/courses/study/pharmacy-mpharm.aspx
UEA - https://www.uea.ac.uk/course/undergraduate/mpharm-pharmacy

Do business or economics as long as you have biology and chemistry you're fine, don't pick a 3rd subject that you don't like as it will make your time during A-levels much harder and will impact your overall grades.
Learnt this the hard way when i chose maths as my 3rd subject :frown:

Email the university - they can give you more precise information than what is on their website.
