Doing a phd in biomedical sciences without a bachelors In biology

Hi, I'm a enviornmental science student undergoing an integrated masters. Would it be possible for me to transition into a biomedical sciences related PhD. As I am towards the end of my degree I am unable to switch onto a biomedical stream financially. Therefore, I was wondering if anyone had advice on the other paths I could take.
