Not sure what you mean by this.
Biomedicine is a single bachelor's degree that has material mostly in biology and chemistry. There are postgrad degrees in biomed that continue from where the material in bachelors' degrees have left off.
Due to the biology and chemistry content, you can usually switch to another life science or healthcare degree after your bachelor's should you wish to change careers.
