Msc in public policy and management vs Msc finance economic policy

I am interested in a public policy, specifically economic/ business policy.. I want to work in gov, local gov or think tanks but also open to working in banks.
I was wondering which master degree is more useful- Msc public policy and management or Msc finance (economic policy)?
One graduate from Lancaster University's Msc finance works as a Risk Analyst at BNP Paribas while another works as a Finance Analyst at Bank of America. I am not aware of anyone who took an Msc finance course and went on to work in gov, local gov, or think tanks.
