Learning Italian at home

Hellooo,
I really want to learn Italian but I am not sure about how to begin. I have learnt languages before. I have learnt Latin and understand it with relative fluency. This , in my opinion, forms a pretty solid boundary for learning Italian. Because I learn languages quite frequently, I don't really want to be paying for any resources. I am learning Korean already and aiming for the TOPIK test. My only worry is that I am starting Year 12 soon with 4 A-levels.

Please let me know of any good resources for learning Italian. Especially where to start with vocabulary.

Grazie!

It’s a relatively easy language to learn as every letter is pronounced phonetically, many words have English parallels and the grammar is similar to French (if you’ve studied that). Unlike French there is typically a clue to the gender of nouns too. Any of the books and language packages would allow you to make a start. I would recommend an evening class though, if possible with a teacher who is native speaker
