I don't think so -- if anything, I think US salaries will undergo a correction as AIs take care of simpler tasks and disrupt the business models of established tech companies. There will always be a need for high-level engineers but run-of-the-mill application developers for straightforward scenarios will find it increasingly more difficult to justify six-figure salaries.
It should also be pointed out that the UK is not even good within Europe (Switzerland is the best for that, with salaries (and cost of living) comparable to Silicon Valley) let alone its peer group (i.e., NY, SF, Sydney, Toronto, Tel Aviv etc). It has a long way to go to catch up to the US.
