What happens at a M&S induction?

So I applied for and was successful in getting a job at my local Marks and Spencers store. My job role is "operations assistant" and from what I am lead to believe at the interview its mainly an admin role. My base store will be a small food hall so I will be the only one doing it.

I will be attending a 2 day induction at a hub store and then working there for a few weeks before being transferred to the store I applied for. I was wondering if anyone here has done the same role? What did your induction consist of?
