Is Open University a good option to study CS?

Would you recommend it? I've graduated with 3A*s in A-levels. Due to some circumstances/reasons, I'm not eligible for student loan. So I'll have to pay my own tuition fees. Is Open university a good option for excellent quality of education with affordable price that I can do my own?
If possible, can anyone suggest me some affordable self-fund universities?

I have just enrolled with the Computing & It degree at Open University, the sign up process is simple and easy, and they are very flexible.

With regards to payments, they have 3/4 different payment options so are very flexible here too.

The computer & IT course is accredited, when I was enrolling, I looked at around 7 different uni's and Open University was perfect for my needs, other than that, University of London
Computer Science was actually the best degree I found (my opinion) obviously not including cambridge/oxford uni etc.
