UPS failing to deliver to my property
Ordered a laptop from Lenovo 2 weeks ago, and it still hasn't arrived. I've been hit with the classic "driver needs security access for the delivery" which is a whole load of bs given that my flat hasn't got a fob or keypad, just a side door. Customer service is trying to tell me that the driver had already attempted, and couldn't and wants me to reschedule the delivery to tomorrow which I'd rather not do. I need the laptop by this afternoon, but UPS aren't exactly being helpful here. What should I do?
