IQ Accommodation - University of Leicester

Hello!!

I have a 51 week Gold Ensuite Accommodation Offer at Leicester's IQ Opal Court. Super convenient and in walking distance to the University, amongst other places. Due to reasons I won't be able to fulfill the contract so if anyone wants the room please let me know so I can transfer the contract to you!!

It's 153ppw!

Is this still available?
Was considering city accomodation and this one looks really nice for the price.
Do you know if it would it be possible to swap to a 42 week contract instead of 51?

I'm sorry to say but I can't take the contract now unfortunately
I've accepted an offer for another but I hope you can still find someone to fill the room
I know this probably doesn't help but I figured you'd rather hear for sure instead of waiting
