Hi, I have a room at the Glassworks immediately available if you are interested. Not looking to swap though, just looking to get a replacement tenant. If you find someone to take your room, and you are interested in the Glassworks then please let me know. The Glassworks room is already paid for until Xmas, so you would only need to pay rent for the two terms in 2024. It's en-suite room, and includes access to the Glassworks, Gym , cinema room, etc. All bills included.
