what bmat score would be good for an interview at lancaster uni? please mention each score for the sections

You do the BMAT in October, and get the results in November. Last year it was on the 25th. You will do the BMAT, apply to BMAT universities, with uncertaincy
Seeing your UCAT results : 2490 and band 2 in sjt. I can definitely see you applying to Keele, who focus on roles and responsibility forms, as the use the UCAT only once: to screen out candidates with a score lower than 2400. So you are safe applying to keele and sunderland.
Regarding the BMAT… I lack the knowledge to help you. However
