I have managed to meet all my entry grades for my courses (Maths, Psychology A-Level) but i was 3 marks off a 6 and I need a 6 for entry. Do you think the school will be lenient as I have maths which fits well with CS?

You would have to contact the sixth form you are hoping to attend to see if you would be allowed to do CS. I can't say whether they will be lenient or not, you have have to ask yourself. You may have to change to another A-level if they do not allow you to do computer science.
