Hnc repeating a year

I was doing my HNC in electrical engineering 2022-2023, unfortunately, I didn't manage to pass due to having to defer units til the course started in august (2023) again. I had suffered ACL injuries in November 2022. I returned back to college in mid-January 2023. I had to defer DC AC principles, three phase systems and also 2 other optional units. Our college did not sit a graded unit for some reason. I was wondering if I could reapply apply for saas funding as I'm not working due to health. I was checking saas website and found they offer +1. Am I able to use this?
