law experience

I'm in 11th grade in international school in Latin America and I want to study law in the uni in the uk, can you recommend me some activities to do that I can put in the application?

what I have thought about is:
- go to the court and take notes
- taking online law courses to learn basics
- read books about law

i honestly can't think of any other things, and the thing is I feel like a lot of people who got offers from good unis are the one who were lucky enough to get anopportunity of some sort of work experience in court (correct me if I'm wrong). I don't have anything like that here and also idk if to fly to the uk to get some experience offered by universities there for highschool students who ants to study law in future.
does the quality of experience not matter as long as it shows that I have done something for law and I have passion?
