hi, i also took a BTEC and there are many courses and subjects you can apply to alternatively to medicine. these subjects are pharmacy, biotechnology, biomedical sciences, sports and rehabilitation, radiology etc.
there are many alternatives to medicine however it depends on the universities that you apply to and if they accept BTEC results.

Probably more straightforward to see if you can swap to A-levels or do them in a gap year. Graduate entry medicine is more competitive than standard entry medicine, and will cost you money out of pocket as you have to self-fund the first ~£3000 of tuition fees for the first year of GEM.
