French at uni: should I pick English taught modules or French taught ones?

Hi, I am about to start studying French at university and have to pick my modules. However, I can’t decide whether to pick the modules which are only taught in English, or whether to pick the module which is taught in french as well. I know that may sound odd, seeing as I am studying French and should therefore want to be as immersed in the language as possible, but I am worried about how difficult I may find the module and that I will be unable to understand much of the lectures/seminars and fall behind as a result. I am aware that if I want to improve my aural skills then this is probably the best module to take however I am worried about how well I will manage with it. Any advice?
