Best tip is to just follow success profile for behavioural questions and for strength use star method to strengthen your answer. I have done this and got 32/42

Yes just finished my on boarding application, not the place i originally wanted which was very close to me now it will take sometime to get there, but i thought may be after year or so may be i can get a transfer if i am lucky
