Can I do a degree in nutrition with just one science at a level? I want to do biology, english lit, french a levels, but don't know if I should change?
Can I do a degree in nutrition with just one science a level currently in y11 with predicted 6s in maths, history, biology, physics and 7s in English lit, English lang, French, food tech but failed in chemistry which I absolutely hate so can I just do biology, English lit and French a levels?
So all in all, you can get into a nutrition degree, but you're somewhat limiting yourself by not doing chemistry. Even if you don't do chemistry, it might help to do physics as a second science. If not, maths or psychology as a second science, in that order of preference. There is a list of preferred science subjects after these mentioned, but it would vary from uni to uni.
If you only stick with biology and no other science, you would not be eligible for: a degree at Newcastle, UCL, Exeter, Leeds, Nottingham, Plymouth, 4 degrees at Reading, Ulster, a degree at Westminister. If you're OK with other universities, then you're fine.
