Do you recommend applying for a job which requires a 2:1 with a 2:2 degree, if you fit the other requirements for the job? Is it worth it?

You’ll probably be screened out. Do you think that the 2.1 applicants are less likely to meet all of the requirements than you?

By all means apply but this is the most likely outcome. The 2.1 requirement is probably there in order to reduce the numbers of applicants. If you apply anyway, it’s a built in reason to reject without interview.
