Nothing. Any advanced life form capable of reaching this planet has nothing to learn from us academically and would be repulsed by us socially

It would have to be human biology, as would help with their probing experiments but may annoy all those small town US abductees due to reduction of anal probing. Probably best to run a new course for them, maybe a joint honours in biology and probing.
As for societies they would be all for the conservatives, as they would be used to rounding up unsuspecting and vulnerable people and flying off to foreign lands.

I think these are very thoughtful answers. I can imagine an alien getting very involved in debate, with their outside perspectives.
