What's the difference between BSc(Hons) Computer Science and BSc(Hons) Software Engineering? I'm confused as to what it takes to become an app developer?

Software engineering is more practical whereas compsci is more theoretical(however you do do alot of programming in a computer science course)
To become an app developer you need a good portfolio so uni isnt even necessary
