how to answer comparative 25 marker in politics?

hihi im doing aqa politics and im currently a bit stuck on how to answer the 25 mark essay q from paper 2 (comparing UK and USA).

i get that it is generally 4 paragraphs and you contrast UK and USA within each one but basically do your four points have to be completely different. like if i was answering a question on the supreme court being more effective in the us than uk could my points be:

para one - us more effective because they can strike down acts of congress, uk cannot

para two - this doesnt necessarily mean that the uk parliament is less effective/ they are still effective in other aspects.

etc.

or would that not be right?

i missed the lessons we learned technique in which sucks so some advice would be appreciated!! thanks :smile:
