how can i contact queen mary london university urgently?!

I need to withdraw my deferred offer from QMUL for 2024 so I can reapply to university. The deadline for oxbridge applications is 16th of october which is in a few days and i thought i could just ring them up and withdraw it but their line is absolutely useless! it just had an automated message for all enquiries and doesn’t put you through to a real person. i’ve emailed them but i don’t they’d get back to me over the weekend. what should i do?
