The official Uni account only sent you information about on-campus accommodation, which for continuing students is limited and very competitive. From my experience private sector prices have increased massively since I first applied, so be aware they might also go up whilst you're there (hopefully not!). The average private sector accommodation last year was £160-210pppw. It's hard to tell if that's changed this year as houses have only started being released
