Hello! I applied too for Aerospace: Bristol, Southampton, Sheffield, Nottingham and Liverpool my predicteds are A*A*A
I love all of them a bit unsure on Liverpool tbh and might swap it for Manchester before the 2 week substitution thingy but my current favourite is Southampton and Sheffield. People with 4A*'s and 3A*'s have been getting rejected from Bristol for Aero so I don't have my expectations for Bristol :sob: Wbu!?

Ah ok, how come your changing your mind about Liverpool? Yeah I also quite liked those, I liked how Southampton offered space as a main topic that you could study but I wasn't a big fan of the city/area that it was located around lol. Really?! I didn't know about that...

Yess I saw Southampton's specialist themes for their MEng Aeronautics and Astronautics and fell in love so Soton might be my firm and Sheffield might be my insurance or vice versa they're both too good. Yeah sadly Bristol has been rejecting 4A*s and 3A* applicants which is rly sad but nothing is impossible you could get in!

*I might also be eligible for a contextual offer
I didnt know Durham had an aero course too could you explain more abt it?

Yeah they do have one, but it doesn't come up on the best unis list for the subject but that might be due to it being called only Aeronautical but is very similar to Aerospace. I think the only major difference is that in Aeronautical you don't do space... I also didn't realise that they did the course until a couple of days before I applied and so didn't go to the open day so I can't really give you much info about it apart from the stuff on UCAS and their own website. It seems pretty good though - I just chucked it in as a 5th lol
