NCA trainee intelligence/investigator 2023

I've been invited to an interview for the ODP with the NCA but I've never done interviews for civil service jobs. Anyone has any advice? :smile:

I would say focus on the behaviours they mention and get to grips with answering strength questions :smile:

Hi there, I'm an applicant for the NCA Trainee Officer Development Programme 2024 and am invited to the assessment centre. Would anyone be able to offer insight into what I might expect? There is scant detail so any suggestions on how best to prepare, I'd be grateful!

Yeah...it's not great, it's pretty terrible really, but what can you do about it? Suggests to me that any future round of the ODP wouldn't begin till 2026.
