Tenant required to take over existing ensuite room with 3/4 bed tenancy in student accommodation at Paddington Park House, 1 Paddington Village, L7 3RG on the first floor. Very centrally located within 5-10 minutes walk to University of Liverpool. Big Tescos very close by which is handy for food shopping. Private bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Shared kitchen in corridor with 5 other rooms all occupied by girls. Rent is £114 per week inclusive of all gas, electricity, water and Wifi bills. Tenancy ends 13th July 2024 (44 week contact). Rent paid until December 2023.
