What happens after the employee leaves the apprenticeship on the day they start?
Like does the employer have to give back money? I heard they get a £5,000 grant for hiring an apprentice, do they give that all back? They say they got things ready and wasted a lot of money but can't they just hire a replacement worker and everything is all set up anyway so the worker can start as soon as possible?
