Atas delay 2023

I enrolled in the Master's in Research program in Biomedical Sciences with classes commencing on September 11, 2023. I applied for atas really late though, on July 31st. I got a correction email on 4 th of august. I corrected it immediately and I have been waiting ever since. This is my code CAH02-05-03 - Biomedical Sciences (non-specific).
I have mailed [email protected],
[email protected], [email protected] literally every website available online. I even tried pushing it from my university side and even they got the same reply. I applied 108 days ago and I have been waiting patiently and I see messages about people who applied later than me receiving it. My university has given me a deadline and I really need to get it ASAP because I cannot push it any further without the risk of cancelling it . Is there anything that I can do right now? any suggestion would be helpful.
