Anyone worker as a claims FNOL agent?
I just got a job with an insurance FNOL agent and I'm leaving my currently job of 6 months as policy review analyst in insurance.
What should I expect as an FNOL agent? They said it is a mix of admin and phone call work so not phone calls everyday? Anyone got an idea of how it is?
