Civil/family or criminal law for dissertation
I am going to do my dissertation on what the law is doing to provide effective protection for victims of domestic abuse.
Now I have to decide whether to analyse the civil/family law or the criminal law's stance in providing effective for the victims.
Which one do you suggest I talk about and why? Preferably something I can write more on.
It would be great if you could provide me any primary and secondary sources for my disseration.
