Help with english??

hi, im pretty okay at english. i can write stuff and get a grade 5 or something. HOWEVER, theres this big problem with me that i cant actually write enough(faster). seriously in my mock my english teacher put a sad face because i took an 1hr and 45 minutes to write ONE paragraph(and i didnt even like the paragraph my self lol) so uhmm im scared that when i go to the real exams itll happen and ill write nothing. idk why i do this. i cant think of any ideas when i dont have my teacher above me pointing out what to highlight n stuff
